Do you offer a guarantee
for the products I purchase?
We guarantee all our products to be in perfect working condition. We
will replace any defective tapes, dvds, lingerie, or sex toys. Please note
that we do not accept returns (except for product defects). If there is
a problem with your order please e-mail us for replacement information.
Are you discreet?
Discretion is our policy. All packages are mailed in a plain brown box
or envelope. Our return address is not stated and the contents of the packages
are not stated anywhere. Moreover, your credit card will be billed under

How do you ship and how
long does it take?
We ship by Fedex or Air Post. We charge $5 for the 1st item and $2 for
each additional item. For international orders (outside of USA and Canada)
we charge $15 for the 1st item and $5 for each additional item. Delivery
usually takes about a week. (However, please wait a minimum of 2 weeks before
contacting us regarding your order status.)
